Cost Overrun

Cost Overrun. Any change order or modification of the construction contract(s) for the Project that would cause the cost of construction of the Project to exceed the proceeds of the Construction Loan (after deduction of all costs, fees and charges of any and all kinds in connection with obtaining and continuing the Construction Loan)

Cost Overrun. Is defined in Section 3(c) of this Amendment. 2 Eligible Facilities: means the Eligible Litchfield Facilities and the Eligible Non-Litchfield Facilities.
