Cost Overruns
Cost Overruns. Any construction costs in excess of the amounts set forth on the Budget for such line item and any unbudgeted cost of completing construction of the Project, excluding the contingency line items
Cost Overruns. Any expenses incurred by Battelle that exceed the sum of the Project Plan Fixed Cost and the planned costs set forth in all associated Scope Change Orders.
