Cost Price
Cost Price. The price at which Manufacturer shall manufacture and provide the Products to Syntax-Brillian. Cost Price is determined and confirmed by the Parties when Syntax-Brillian places Purchase Orders for the Products to Manufacturer as specified on the individual Purchase Order.
