Example Definitions of "Cost"
Cost. The term "Cost" shall mean, with respect to a Class D Unit, $66.66 per unit (as proportionately adjusted for all subsequent distributions of units and other recapitalizations).
Cost. Means $3.34 per Share, as adjusted for stock splits, stock dividends, mergers, reclassifications, recapitalization or similar events that become effective after the date hereof.
Cost. For a Product shall mean costs for materials and manufacturing, excluding SG&A, determined in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
