Costa Brava Debt

Costa Brava Debt. Means the indebtedness of the Company under (a) the Promissory Note, dated as of December 20, 2010, by the Company in favor of Costa Brava in the original principal amount of $7,000,000 and (b) the Promissory Note, dated as of June 21, 2011, by the Company in favor of Costa Brava in the original principal amount of $6,000,000.
