Costs. Means the actual costs and expenses incurred by a Party for any Preclinical Assessment, including, as applicable: [***] All Costs will be budgeted and reported in USD. If actual costs and expenses incurred by a Party are in a different currency, the currency conversion will be calculated using the monthly average exchange rate of the month in which the costs or expenses were incurred, as published in the Wall Street Journal.
