Example Definitions of "Counterparts"
Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed by one or more of the parties hereto on any number of separate counterparts, and all of said counterparts taken together shall be deemed to constitute one and the same instrument. Delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page of this Agreement by telecopy, e-mailed.pdf or any other electronic means that reproduces an image of the actual executed signature page shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart of this Agreement.
Counterparts. This Amendment may be executed by one or more of the parties to this Amendment on any number of separate counterparts (including by facsimile or electronic transmission of signature pages hereto), and all of said counterparts taken together shall be deemed to constitute one and the same instrument. A facsimile or electronic copy of an executed counterpart of this Amendment shall be effective as an original for all purposes.
