Example Definitions of "Coverage Period"
Coverage Period. Six (6) months.
Coverage Period. Shall mean the period beginning on the Starting Date and ending on the Ending Date. The "Starting Date" shall be the date on which a Change in Control occurs; provided, that if a Termination of Employment occurs prior to a Change in Control and in contemplation of a potential Change in Control or occurs at the request or direction of a third party in connection with a potential Change in Control, the "Starting Date" shall be the date immediately prior to such termination of employment.
