Shall mean this Agreement, any registration statement filed by Del Monte concerning the sale of its securities to the public (including the prospectus included therein, all amendments and supplements thereto including post-effective amendments and all exhibits and all material incorporated by reference therein), and each period report or proxy statement filed by Del Monte with the Commission under the Exchange Act.
