Covered Expenses

Covered Expenses. Any such advance shall be subject to the determination of Right to Indemnification under Section 7 hereof. If required by any applicable law as a condition to such advances, Indemnitee shall, at the request of the Company, agree to repay such amounts advanced if it is ultimately determined that Indemnitee is not entitled to be indemnified by the Company by the terms hereof or under applicable law.

Covered Expenses. Any amounts due to Expedia pursuant to the Expedia Reimbursement Agreement, subject to the limitations set forth therein
