Covered Fields. The fields of Configuration, Pricing, Quoting, and Contract Management, including without limitation (i) the selection, configuration, pricing, and/or fulfillment of products and/or services and (ii) the management of procurement, sales, revenue, leasing and/or intellectual property contracts.
