Covered Services

Covered Services. Shall mean those health care services that a Member is entitled to receive and are authorized for payment pursuant to MDNY's health benefit plan as defined by the applicable Subscriber Contract. Services rendered by a professional shall be defined as Covered Professional Services. Services rendered in a hospital or other health care facility shall be defined as Covered Hospital Services.

Covered Services. Shall mean membership based products and services substantially similar to the products and services provided by ABC as of the date of this agreement.

Covered Services. Membership based subscription services substantially similar to the services provided by ABC and CEB as of the date of this agreement, in which members receive a bundle of services incorporating a meaningful combination of the following: multi-client syndicated studies, meetings focused on discussions of syndicated studies, short answer custom research, and on site seminars.

Covered Services. Shall have the meaning set forth in Subsection 7.1 of this Agreement.

Covered Services. Those ancillary care services included on Attachment A hereto.

Covered Services. Mean TEM Outsource Services, CDR processing/call accounting, TEM ASP (application software process), mobile provisioning, mobile help desk, and any form of audit services for which a customer pays fixed recurring revenue under an ongoing agreement, in each case, globally (U.S. and non-U.S. worldwide), but excluding mobile expense optimization (other than any relating to audit services for which a customer pays fixed recurring revenue under an ongoing agreement), mobile device management, any... form of audit services where a customer does not pay a fixed recurring revenue under an ongoing agreement (including, without limitation, audit services for which a contingent fee is payable) and any services not being offered by Seller immediately prior to Closing.
