Covered Status

Covered Status. Describes the status of a person who is or was a director, officer, partner, trustee, member, employee, agent or fiduciary of the General Partner, the Partnership or of any other corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, limited liability company, employee benefit plan or other enterprise, including the Partnership's subsidiaries (collectively, the "Covered Entities"), that such person is or was serving at the express written request of the General Partner or the Partnership.
