CPECs

CPECs. Means all the convertible preferred equity certificates regardless of class or series issued by the Company held by, to the order or on behalf of the Pledgor at any time (including for the avoidance of doubt the Series A CPECs and the Series B CPECs), including for the avoidance of doubt any CPECs or securities of the Company which shall be issued to the Pledgor from time to time, regardless of the reason of such issuance, whether by way of substitution, replacement, interest, conversion or in... addition to the CPECs held on the date hereof, whether following an exchange, division, free attribution, conversion, contribution in kind or in cash or for any other reason (the "Future CPECs"), in which case such Future CPECs shall immediately be and become subject to the security interest created hereunder (and be part of the CPECs). CPECs. Shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

CPECs. Means the convertible preferred equity certificates, par value €1.25 per certificate, issued by the Company, and, if applicable, any additional series of convertible preferred equity certificates duly authorized and issued by the Company from time to time.
