Create. When used with reference to Proprietary Information means to conceive, make, develop, reduce to practice, author, or otherwise materially and substantially contribute to the existence of such Proprietary Information, such that the Proprietary Information that results can be fairly and reasonably attributed in whole or in material part to such contribution.
