Credit Agreement Documents. The collective reference to the Credit -------------------------- Agreement, the Notes, the German L/C, the Applications and the Security Documents.

Credit Agreement Documents. Shall mean the Credit Agreement and each other Credit Document, as defined in the Credit Agreement, together with any other document, instrument or agreement executed in connection with the foregoing, as any of the foregoing may from time to time be amended, restated or otherwise modified.
