Credit Agreement Guarantor

Credit Agreement Guarantor. Means a "Guarantor" as defined in the Credit Agreement which has executed and delivered a Credit Agreement Guaranty, provided, for purposes hereof, to the extent any such Guarantor is jointly and severally liable under any Credit Agreement Guaranty, the term Credit Agreement Guarantor shall include all Guarantors which are so jointly and severally liable to the Lender.
