Credit Agreement Indebtedness. The 'Obligations,' as such term is defined in the Collateral Agreement or any such analogous term in the Refinancing Loan Documents; provided that any such Obligations were permitted to be incurred pursuant to the terms of the Contributing Indebtedness Documents.
