Credit Facilities

Credit Facilities. Means all extensions of credit from the Bank to the Borrower, whether now existing or hereafter arising, including but not limited to those described in Section 1, if any, and those extended contemporaneously with this agreement.

Credit Facilities. Credit Facilities. Means (i) the Credit Agreement and (ii) each of the Company's foreign credit facilities in place as of the date of this Agreement, in each case as amended, supplemented, restated, renewed, replaced, refinanced or otherwise modified from time to time as permitted by the terms of Sections 2.5(a)(i) and 2.5(b)

Credit Facilities. Those borrowing facilities listed on the Certificate attached hereto as Exhibit B, as such Certificate may be amended from time to time by the Issuer as provided herein
