Credit Line

Credit Line. In the amount set forth in Attachment A pursuant to which IBM Credit will make to the Customer, from time to time, A/R Advances in an aggregate amount at any one time outstanding not to exceed the Maximum Advance Amount.

Credit Line. Shall mean the line of credit being established by Optionee in favor of Optionor in the amount of five million ($5,000,000) dollars and evidenced by Optionor's Master Promissory Note (herein, "Note") of even date herewith and in like principal amount.

Credit Line. Shall mean the extension of credit to the Dealer by the Company on the terms and conditions as set forth in Section 10.

Credit Line. Shall mean a discretionary demand revolving line of credit in the maximum amount of $5,000,000 established under this Agreement.
