Credited Shares

Credited Shares. The Company's common shares, U.S. $1.00 par value, which, for accounting purposes only, are to be credited to a Participant's Share Account from time to time. At no time shall Credited Shares be considered as actual common shares of the Company and a Participant shall have no rights as a stockholder of the Company with respect to the Credited Shares.
