Creditor

Creditor. Has the meaning set forth in the first paragraph of this Security Agreement.

Creditor. Or "Creditors" shall mean TAB, Moriah, the Noteholders, the Agent, and/or the Lenders, and their respective successors and assigns.

Morgan Trust Company, National Association, as Trustee under the Indenture in respect of each series of Notes referred to in the definition of "Creditor Groups" and the holders of such Notes, and (e) any Creditor Representative in respect of any Additional Covered Obligations and the holders of such obligations, in each case including their respective successors, assigns and replacements View More

Creditor. RRF Limited Partnership, a Delaware limited partnership, together with its successors and assigns

Creditor. An entity that holds an NRG Unsecured Claim
