Critical Day

Critical Day. Shall have, with respect to gas requested to be injected into or withdrawn from storage in Company's facilities, the meaning ascribed to it in Company's Schedule of Rates and shall have, with respect to gas requested to be injected into or withdrawn from storage in Peoples Gas' facilities in connection with this Agreement, the meaning ascribed to it in the Peoples Gas Agreement.
