Critical Processing Supplies. Those consumable supplies used in Manufacture of Product that have been found by Company to have a direct impact on the yield, quality, reliability or performance of Product, and are thus required to be used in Manufacture of Product by Contractor by virtue of inclusion on the Approved Vendor List.
