Critical Success Factor

Critical Success Factor. Shall mean one or more measures established by the Committee for the Company or individual Participants therein or by the Management Team for each Business Unit or individual Participants therein which will be used to determine if Awards under this Plan have been earned. Different Critical Success Factors may be assigned to different Business Units and different Participants.
