CROSSOVER USE

CROSSOVER USE. Shall mean the use or sale in the Territory of a compound, in whatever form, by Xenova (or by an Affiliate, licensee or sub-licensee of Xenova or by a third party contracting with Xenova or an Affiliate of Xenova) that can reasonably be seen as competing directly and in a commercially significant way with the use or sale of the Product within the Field in the Territory.
