Crosswalk Development Period

Crosswalk Development Period. Shall mean the period during which the Parties shall create the Crosswalk pursuant to the Work Plan, beginning on the Effective Date and ending (a) three (3) year(s) from the Effective Date, and any extension thereof mutually agreed upon by the Parties in writing, or (b) on the date this Agreement is terminated pursuant to Section 8, whichever shall occur first. -2- 4

Crosswalk Development Period. Shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Crosswalk Development Agreement.
