Crosswalk Patent Right

Crosswalk Patent Right. Shall mean any United States patent application, including any division or continuation and any foreign patent application or equivalent corresponding thereto and any Letters Patent or the equivalent thereof issuing thereon or reissue or extension thereof, which contains one or more claims to a Crosswalk Invention. Patent Rights shall also include those claims of any continuation-in-part of the aforementioned patent applications to the extent they claim a Crosswalk Invention.
