Crusader Distributees

Crusader Distributees. Means holders of equity interests in any Crusader Parent Entity who receives a distribution from such Crusader Parent Entity of shares of Common Stock acquired pursuant to the Contribution Agreement or directly from the Company prior to the date of the Contribution Agreement.
