CSA Filings. Collectively, all statements, prospectuses, registration statements, forms, certifications, schedules, exhibits, reports and documents filed or furnished to the CSA, as they have been amended or supplemented since the time of their filing through the date that is one Business Day prior to the date of this Agreement.
