CSL TENANT MASTER LEASE. In substantially the form furnished to CSL by SNH (and approved by CSL), pursuant to which the New Loan Borrowers and Leisure Park Venture Limited Partnership will lease the Properties owned by them to CSL Tenant Holding Company; and
