CSO Customer Service Order
CSO Customer Service Order. Shall mean NetSolve's ordering document in the form attached hereto as Exhibit F. NetSolve shall prepare and submit a CSO to IBM's designated contact(s) based on information provided by IBM. IBM may approve or reject a CSO in its sole discretion.
