CUMULATIVE FRACTION. Means the quotient determined by DIVIDING (i) the difference between the Corporation's cumulative EBITDA for the period commencing on April 1, 2002 and ending at the end of the then current fiscal quarter MINUS $3.0 million by (ii) $15.0 million.
