Cure

Cure. Means the distribution, within thirty (30) days after the Effective Date or such other date as may be agreed upon by the parties or ordered by the Bankruptcy Court, of Cash or such other property, as may be agreed upon by the parties or ordered by the Bankruptcy Court, with respect to the assumption of an executory contract or unexpired lease, pursuant to Bankruptcy Code § 365(b), in an amount equal to all unpaid monetary obligations, without interest, or such other amount as may be agreed upon... by the parties, under such executory contract or unexpired lease, to the extent such obligations are enforceable under the Bankruptcy Code and applicable non-bankruptcy law. Cure. Shall mean following the giving of written notice of Cause, in the reasonable opinion of the Board the Executive shall have cured the Cause in all material respects within thirty (30) days of said notice having been given.
