Currency Exchange Agreement

Currency Exchange Agreement. Means any agreement entered into between us and a third party providing, in effect, for the payment to the third party from us of the amount of International Currency Payments under an International Contract, and also providing for the payment to us by the third party, at Chicago, Illinois of specified U.S. dollar amounts at the time of our payment of the International Currency to the third party.
