Current Agreements. All agreements, contracts, licenses, leases, commitments, arrangements or understandings, written or oral, including, without limitation, any sales orders or purchase orders, to which any WGAT Person and any Mototech Person is a party, dated prior to the date of this Letter, including, without limitation, the agreements listed on Exhibit A of this Letter.
