Current Benefit Plan

Current Benefit Plan. Shall mean any Employee Benefit Plan that is currently in effect and: (a) That was established or adopted by Company or any ERISA Affiliate or is maintained or sponsored by Company; (b) In which Company participates; (c) With respect to which Company or any ERISA Affiliate is or may be required or permitted to make any contribution; or (d) With respect to which Company or any ERISA Affiliate is or may become subject to any Liability.
