Current Bonus

Current Bonus. Means an annual bonus for the fiscal year in which the Change in Control occurs in an amount equal to the greater of (A) the Employee's target annual bonus for such year and (B) the annual bonus payable under the terms of the annual bonus plan in effect immediately prior to the Change in Control based upon the Company's actual performance for such fiscal year.
