Current Compensation

Current Compensation. One-twelfth (1/12th) of the sum of (a) the Minimum Base Salary, plus (b) the amount paid to Executive with respect to the most recently completed fiscal year under the Company's annual incentive bonus cash compensation program

Current Compensation. Shall mean an amount equal to the sum of (i) the Base Salary and (ii) the Employee's annual and quarterly bonuses for the fiscal year preceding the fiscal year in which severance benefits become payable to the Employee pursuant to Section 4(a) or (b) below.

Current Compensation. All regular wage, salary and commission payments paid by the Company or a Participating Affiliate to a Participant in accordance with the terms of his or her employment, but excluding annual bonus payments and all other forms of special compensation

Current Compensation. All W-2 cash compensation, including, but not limited to, base salary, wages, commissions, overtime and shift premiums, provided, however, that for purposes of determining a Participant's Current Compensation, any election by such Participant to reduce his or her regular cash remuneration under Sections 125 or 401(k) of the Code shall be treated as if such Participant did not make such election
