Current Liabilities

Current Liabilities. Shall mean, in respect of a Person and as of any applicable date of determination, (a) all liabilities of such Person that should be classified as current in accordance with GAAP, including, without limitation, any portion of the principal of the Indebtedness under this Agreement classified as current, plus (b) to the extent not otherwise included, all liabilities of the Borrower to any of its affiliates (including officers, directors, shareholders, subsidiaries... and commonly held companies) whether or not classified as current to accordance with GAAP. Current Liabilities. Are all obligations and liabilities of Borrower to Bank.

Current Liabilities. Are equal to (i) the aggregate amount of Borrower's Total Liabilities which mature within one (1) year, including all outstanding Letters of Credit (including drawn but unreimbursed Letters of Credit) and all amounts outstanding under corporate credit cards, plus (ii) all outstanding principal under the Committed Revolving Line.

Current Liabilities. Current Liabilities means, at any date, the current liabilities of the Borrower and its Consolidated Subsidiaries, exclusive of the current portion of the Loans and Letters of Credit hereunder and exclusive of the current portion of the mark-to-market value of liabilities constituting commodity derivative instruments as reflected on the Borrower's consolidated balance sheet.

Current Liabilities. Shall include all Accounts Payable, accrued expenses and accrued Tax liabilities of the Company on the Closing Date net of any and all accrued interest on any long-term or short-term debt obligations of Sellers.

Current Liabilities. Means at the time in question all liabilities owed by Borrower on Borrower's balance sheet in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles then in effect.

Current Liabilities. Means, at any time, the aggregate amount of all liabilities and obligations which are due and payable on demand or within twelve (12) months from such time, or should be properly reflected as attributable to such twelve (12) month period in accordance with G.A.A.P.

Current Liabilities.
