Current Market Price Per Common Share. Average of the Daily Prices per share of Common Stock for the seven (7) consecutive trading days immediately prior to such date.
Current Market Price Per Common Share. Means, on any determination date, the average of the Daily Prices per share of Common Stock for the 20 consecutive trading days immediately prior to such date. For purposes of the foregoing sentence, a valuation prepared in accordance with any of the methods set forth in Section 1.409A-l(b)(5)(iv)(B)(2) of the Treasury Regulations, as the same may be modified in any successor version of the Treasury Regulations, consistently used, shall be rebuttably presumed to result in a reasonable valuation.
