That certain Lease Agreement between First Stamford Place Company, as landlord, and TIG Insurance Company, as tenant, under that certain Lease Agreement dated as of December 2, 1996, which Lease Agreement has been amended by that certain 1 ST Amendment of Office Lease dated June 6, 1997 and that certain Second Amendment of Office Lease Agreement dated as of October 29, 1999, each between FSPC and TIG.
