Current Price per Share

Current Price per Share. Shall mean the average of the closing sales prices, if available, or the average of the bid and asked prices for the Warrant Shares, Common Stock or Marketable Securities, as the case may be (or their successors) on the principal market therefor for the five (5) full Trading Days preceding the day which is two (2) Business Days prior to the day of exercise, or if no such price is available, then a price that is mutually agreed upon by the Holder and the Company.
