Current Production

Example Definitions of "Current Production"
Current Production. The following definition of "Current Production" is hereby added in the appropriate alphabetical order: " ‘Current Production' means the lesser of (a) the average of the prior month's production of each of crude oil and natural gas, calculated separately, of the Borrower and the Restricted Companies and (b) the forecasted production for each month contained in the Borrower's 30 month forecast required to be delivered pursuant to Section 8.1(j)."
Current Production. Means the lesser of (a) the average of the prior month's production of each of crude oil and natural gas, calculated separately, of the Borrower and the Restricted Companies and (b) the forecasted production for each month contained in the Borrower's 30 month forecast required to be delivered pursuant to Section 8.1(i).
Current Production. On any date of determination, the lesser of (a) the average of the daily production of each of crude oil and natural gas, calculated separately, of the Borrower and the Parent Guarantor for the thirty (30) day period ending five (5) days prior to such date and (b) the forecasted average daily production for each month contained in the most recently delivered forty-eight (48) month forecast required to be delivered pursuant to Section 8.01(p).
Current Production. The lesser of (a) the prior month's production of each of crude oil and natural gas, calculated separately, of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries and (b) the forecasted production, as reasonably determined by the Borrower, of each of crude oil and natural gas, calculated separately, of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries for each month for the period ending no sooner than the latest month for which volumes are hedged under Swap Agreements
