Current Vested Performance Percentage. Means, as of any date, an amount equal to (A) the aggregate number of vested Performance Shares as of such date divided by (B) the aggregate number of Performance Shares which would have been vested as of such date pursuant to Section 2(c) above if the Company had met the EBITDA Goal for each of the Company's fiscal years ending prior to such date.
