Current Year Actual Bonus. The bonus the Employee would earn under the Annual Incentive Plan based on actual performance (if measurable, as determined in the sole discretion of the Compensation Committee) through the date of the Employee's Qualifying Termination against applicable performance goal(s) adjusted to reflect the shortened performance period as determined by the Compensation Committee, in its sole discretion.
