Currently Serviced Fund Servicer
Currently Serviced Fund Servicer. Shall mean any Fund Servicer that, as of the relevant time of inquiry, is receiving Fund Services from Buyer or the Company (or any of their Affiliates) and which in turn provides or makes those Fund Services available to one or more Funds.
