Curtailment

Curtailment. Any reduction by Radian to some portion of a Claim on a Subject Loan based on alleged servicing-related conduct of the Insureds. For the avoidance of doubt, (i) Curtailments exclude Protected Curtailments and (ii) a Curtailment shall not include a deduction of amounts expressly excluded under the terms of the applicable Master Policy, such as non-reimbursable expenses or denial of expenses not supported by the claims documents, if required
