Custodial Account. A master custodial account at the Custodian that is established to hold title to all shares of Common Stock purchased for the benefit of all Participants under the Plan
Custodial Account. The Cash Account, the Securities Account and any Subsidiary Securities Account and Subsidiary Cash Account, collectively
