CUSTOM ITEMS. Mean those Items manufactured by Seller for sale exclusively to Buyer for which a minimum of twenty-five percent (25%) of Seller's cost pertaining to the Items is directly attributable to the customization for Buyer as set forth in the Purchase Spec.
